The Black Belt Club is much more than just a patch. Black Belt Club members are those individuals who have set their goal to earn their black belt. Students must know exactly what their goal is if they are to move toward it with desire and conviction.

Practicing weapons is an effective way to increase dexterity, condition muscles, and generate enthusiasm. Training with any of these weapons will teach an understanding of the application of force which can be translated to the use of objects at hand as weapons.

Respect and disclipine are core values of Songahm Taekwondo. Casey's ATA Black Belt Academy is a member of the world's largest martial arts organizations; the World Traditional Taekwondo Union. The United States affiliate of the WTTU is the American Taekwondo Association.
